The terms that apply to quotations, orders, delivery, installation and payment with SG Racking.

1. About these terms
These terms apply to every quotation issued and every order accepted by SG Racking ("we", "us") for supply, delivery and installation of racking. By accepting a quotation or confirmation you agree to them. Anything agreed in writing on your quotation takes priority over these general terms.
2. Quotations and layouts
Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, subject to stock. Layout plans are prepared from the information you give us; please check measurements and site details carefully, because racks supplied to an approved layout are not returnable on the grounds that they do not fit.
3. Orders and confirmation
An order placed through our website, by email or by WhatsApp is a request. A contract is formed only when we confirm the final price, including delivery and installation, and you accept it in writing. This website has no online payment or cart, and no payment is taken when you submit a form.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are in Singapore dollars. Rack prices on the website exclude delivery and installation, which are quoted per site.
- Payment is by PayNow or bank transfer, on the terms stated in your confirmation.
- For larger projects we may request a deposit to reserve stock and an installation slot; the amount and balance due date will be stated on the quotation.
- Ownership of the goods passes to you when payment is received in full. Risk passes on delivery.
5. Delivery and installation
Delivery dates are estimates confirmed with you in advance. You are responsible for site access, building permits, loading bay and lift bookings, and for a clear, level floor where the racks will stand. Full details are in our delivery and shipping policy.
6. Safe use
Racks must be used within their rated loads — 400kg per level for the warehouse rack and 200kg per level for the boltless rack — evenly distributed, with heavier items on lower levels. Do not climb racks, overload them or modify them. We are not responsible for loss or injury arising from misuse, overloading or modification.
7. Warranty and returns
Racks carry the warranty described on our warranty page. Returns and exchanges follow our return policy.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the goods concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as loss of profit or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel without charge before the goods are dispatched. Special orders procured for your project cannot be cancelled once placed with our supplier.
10. Personal data
We handle your personal data as described in our privacy policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction. Website operated by SG Racking.

Terms — common questions
When is my order confirmed?
When we have sent you the final total — racks, delivery and installation — and you have accepted it in writing, by email or WhatsApp. Submitting the Order Now form is a request, not yet a contract.
Are prices on the website final?
Rack prices shown are current list prices, excluding delivery and installation. The binding price is the one on your written confirmation or quotation.
How long is a quotation valid?
30 days from the date of issue, subject to stock.
Can I cancel an order?
Free of charge until the racks are dispatched. After dispatch, our return policy applies.
Who is responsible for building permits and access?
The customer arranges loading bay, lift and work permits with building management, as described in the delivery policy.
